Our Easy Process

The Inspection

A storm specialist will inspect the damage and discuss with you the findings.

The Claim

If damage warrants a claim, a contingency agreement is signed giving Skyward permission to work with your insurance carrier to ensure the best chance for an insurance approved roof and/or siding replacement.

The Adjustment

An insurance adjuster will schedule the adjustment. It is imperative to inform Skyward of the date/time of the adjustment so the Skyward Rep can explain the damages found during the inspection with the adjuster.

Receive Estimate from your insurance

It will include the scope of work detailing the replacement and claim estimate. Share the scope of work with your Skyward Rep.

The Contract

Signed between homeowner and Skyward if scope of work is found satisfactory by you, your insurance, and Skyward.

Build

Lead time for builds is typically 2-3 weeks after receipt of the first payment from insurance settlement.

Final Payment

Recoverable depreciation is typically received by the homeowner within 10 days of build completion.
